Ingredients for 12 waffles :
- 250 g flavour
- salt
- 50 g sugar
- 25 cl milk
- 2 eggs
- 50 g melted butter
- 25 cl beer
In a bowl mix all the ingredients in order. Let the dough rest for 1 hour.
Pour into a waffle iron or waffle maker and cook 3-5 min.
Decorate them with the ingredients of your choice : sugar, jam, nutella or simply dusted with icing sugar.
